Chapter 1: The Last Day of School
The last day of school was both fun and sad. We had a big party and Kenna's preschool had a potluck. My
teacher, Mr. Sugerman, wrote a math problem on the ground with chalk. I don't know who my 3rd grade teacher is yet, but I think they've decided.
Chapter 2: Summer Camp List
My mom told me these are the summer camps I'm going to:
New School Camp, Green Stuff (Botanical Garden), Berkeley City Camp, Mocha
Chapter 3: A New Poem
I made up a poem. You can guess how it really goes and rewrite it on a fresh piece of paper.
I can kick it over the ocean, I can kick it over the sea, I can kick it over the world, If the kicker wasn't me.
I can hit a big huge pop fly, I can hit it up a tree, I can hit a speeding grounder, If the batter wasn't me.
I can kick a bunch of singles, I can hit it to a tree, a person can do a lot of easy things, if that person was...
me!*

Just so you know, we do not know who your 3rd grade teacher will be. Ms. Collins will decide that.
Have a great summer, and I hope to see you all soon!
Mr. Sugerman (Rich)
